Is the product available in stock?
We mostly produce the products after your purchase. By default, all of the Silk&Silver jewelry webshop products are available to produce except one of a kind ones. If the product is totally out of stock or we do not produce it anymore, we take it out from the webshop.

Am I allowed to return the goods I purchase?
The return of goods depends on various factors. These are whether it has been 15 days after the product has been delivered, whether it has been used and whether the original package can still be sent back in its' undamaged form and whether the good was a piece of customized jewelry.
3.
What is the cost of customized jewelry?
The price of the customized jewelry depends on the stone used, metal type, weight, and others. If you have a limit, please make us know before the process. This will prevent misunderstandings.

What are the accepted payment methods?

How long does the delivery take?
We produce the products after your purchase. It takes seven (7) working days. In addition the delivery time of different countries is listed below.
