Product Prices and Shipping

All services and sales mentioned in this text are provided by DPT Yönetim Danışmanlığı Ltd. Şti. under its registered trademark Silk&Silver (hereinafter referred to as "THE SELLER").

All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are valid at the time of order placement. Product prices do not include shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Shipping is free for domestic (Turkey) deliveries.

For international deliveries, shipping fees vary depending on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected delivery service. Customers will see the final shipping fee before completing the purchase.

For shipments outside Turkey, the User is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges, which may vary depending on the destination country. THE SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within seven (7) business days, except for customized items. Deliveries are made via EMS (Express Mail Service), an international postal express network operated in Turkey by PTT. Orders generally arrive within 3–8 business days depending on location.

Tracking information will be sent via email. THE SELLER is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs or external conditions.

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the package for visible damage. If any damage is found, a report must be requested from the courier, and THE SELLER must be contacted within 24 hours.

If there is no one available at the delivery address, the customer is responsible for coordinating a new delivery time with the shipping company. THE SELLER is not responsible for delays or returns caused by the refusal to accept delivery.

In international deliveries, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import regulations applicable in the destination country. THE SELLER shall not be held liable for such charges or delays.

Order Rejection

THE SELLER reserves the right to reject any order without providing a reason. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded within 30 days.

Warranty

All products sold by THE SELLER are covered by a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects. To claim warranty service, the customer must provide a proof of purchase such as an invoice or receipt.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or improper care

  • Modifications made by the customer

Cancellations and Returns

Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be canceled by contacting customer service via email with the customer’s name, address, and order number. Payments for canceled orders will be refunded within 30 days.

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled if the product is customized or already allocated from stock.

Products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is not customized at the customer's request.

  2. The product is unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  3. All components are included, and the product is returned in its original packaging.

  4. The product is suitable for resale.

  5. The product label has not been removed.

Customers must contact customer service at dilekplatin@gmail.com before initiating a return or exchange.

For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect or wrong item, the return shipping cost will be covered by THE SELLER.

The customer bears the risk of damage during return transit. Refunds are processed after inspection and issued within 30 days. Refunds are submitted to the customer’s bank within 7 business days. Bank processing times may vary and may take 2–3 weeks to reflect in the customer's account. THE SELLER is not responsible for these delays.

Privacy Policy

THE SELLER complies with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). User data is processed only for the purpose of fulfilling orders, providing customer support, conducting marketing activities (if consented), and meeting legal obligations.

User data is not sold or shared except with trusted third-party service providers directly involved in order fulfillment (e.g., payment processors and shipping companies). Data may be shared with legal authorities if required.

Users have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data. Requests must be submitted in writing.

Changes to the Agreement

THE SELLER reserves the right to make changes to the Webshop, its policies, or this Agreement at any time. Changes will be announced on the homepage and apply only to future orders.

Force Majeure

THE SELLER shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, or technical failures.

Liability

THE SELLER is not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in this Agreement limits the User’s rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bursa, Turkey.

This Agreement is subject to the provisions of the Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette No. 29188.
